WEDNESDAY

Don’t get confused – Jeremiah is not written in chronological order. Chapter 21 is a prophecy during the reign of Zedekiah, Judah’s last king; tomorrow’s chapter includes earlier prophecies about the three previous kings: Jehoahaz (called “Shallum” in v. 11), Jehoiakim (v. 18), and Jehoiachin (v. 24).

Prayer: Pray for the Persian world.
