Tomorrow we’ll move to the New Testament and begin the book of Acts. This video reviews the message of Luke’s first book and prepares us to study his second book, Acts.
We are in a unique time in history. God is inviting us to know Him deeply, to understand the times, and participate with Him in what He is doing.
Like God’s people in Daniel 11:32, who knew their God, and so could stand firm and take action.
Like the tribe of Issachar in 1 Chronicles 12:32 who understood the times and knew what to do.
Join us as we read through Acts and experience the power of God’s Spirit in ordinary people as they walk with Him.
Watch 3 video clips – adapted from the NIV Bible:

Song/Prayer: The Lord’s Prayer – I can imagine the disciples praying this prayer, the prayer Jesus taught them, as they “joined together constantly in prayer,” waiting for the promised Holy Spirit. (For lyrics, click on subtitles/closed captions.)
How are you participating with God for the coming of His kingdom? What does it look like for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven?
